General Info About my Practice
A little more about me
I am in my 40s, straight white male, married, with a daughter. I am a snowboarder and a DJ. Both of those passions have been my careers at different time and I still snowboard and DJ parties regularly. I grew up in Vermont and lived for ten years in Los Angeles before moving back to the Green Mountain State.
I found the path of healing through my own experiences with therapy, medicine ceremony work, and mindfulness meditation. I have a lot of experience as a therapy client in various modalities. When I was at the MAPS MDMA therapy training as an intern I discovered trauma therapy and IFS. Once I tried it out as a client there was no looking back. I love the work I do with my clients, spending as much time snowboarding as possible, and swimming in the river with my dog in the summers.
Fees
My cash-pay rate is $250 per 50 minute hour.

How I structure counseling
The first step is for you to email me to inquire about availability. If I have a time slot available that works for your schedule then the next step is a 15 minute phone screening to get a sense of what you are looking for help with. If we seem like a good fit for each other then we schedule a first session. This is really where we can both start to evaluate whether it feels like the right fit. I consider the first four sessions a trial period where we are both evaluating whether we are a good match to do this deep work together, and whether the IFS model works well for you. You are always welcome to stop counseling at any time, or switch to working with a different therapist. I want you to find the right therapist for you, whether that is me or someone else.
Populations I work with
I offer individual and couples counseling. I work with adults, 18 years and older. My practice is BIPOC and queer friendly. Hablo español con fluidez. Los hispanohablantes son siempre muy bienvenidos.
I identify as a straight, white, cis-male.
Mental health conditions
My areas of interest: trauma, anxiety, grief, psychedelic integration
Other conditions I commonly work with: depression, interpersonal communication and boundaries
Conditions I cannot work with because they require a different level of care than I can offer in private practice: active addictions, schizophrenia, active suicidal ideation.
Therapy for clients throughout Vermont
While my physical office is centrally located in Montpelier, I provide specialized trauma therapy to individuals living anywhere in the state of Vermont—including Burlington, Brattleboro, Rutland, and Stowe.
To make deep healing accessible and sustainable, I utilize a flexible, hybrid model tailored to your needs and location:
Statewide Telehealth: All Internal Family Systems (IFS) sessions, as well as your Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) preparation and integration sessions, are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This allows you to engage in profound parts work from the safety and privacy of your own home, anywhere in Vermont.
In-Person Dosing Sessions: For the medicine components of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, clients travel to my comfortable, grounded office space in Montpelier. Because these intensive dosing sessions require an in-person clinical presence, many clients find that making the trip to central Vermont serves as a meaningful, dedicated pilgrimage for their healing journey.
Whether you are looking for an online IFS therapist in northern Vermont or are willing to travel for specialized psychedelic-assisted integration, I am here to support your path to wholeness.
